In providing therapy to clients, I assist them in developing a plan, and working through and overcoming life’s adversities through the practice of the following modalities: Systemic Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure Therapy I have experience

Also parenting, divorce, dual diagnosis, anger management, elderly life changes, couples and family conflicts.

I have worked in the mental health field for several years in which I have successfully treated clients from diverse economic backgrounds, religions, and multicultural populations. I have also had the privilege of working with many veterans, and their families.
